Looking For Help

Are you filled with fear, overwhelm, or anxiety?
Are you Depressed or feeling Hopeless? 
Do you want it to Stop?

Did you go outside to drink something, take something,
eat something, do something, buy something,
or find someone to get away from it?

Good. Then, you already realize that it didn’t work.

As you read this, know that many of us have done the same thing.
Many of us have had lives and behaviors and choices
that simply did not work to quiet the internal storm.
Many of us come from families who had those internal storms,
and many of us have reached that point in our own journey
when we clicked on a button like this one, 

“I Need Help because I can’t Stop myself”
.

Good Job!

First things first.
Deep inside you, there’s Help for the broken parts of you.
There’s Help for any or all of those choices that didn’t work.
You got separated from the part of You that will Help, and there are
many of us who work a daily practice, one day at a time,
that can be a support for finding that part of yourSelf. 
If you’re separated from a part of yourself or the Spirit within you,
you may feel alone and hopelessly broken or irredeemable!
ReConnection changes that by reconnecting you to your Core,
helping you to feel and be a part of a loving Universe and
a community that you can participate in. 

Twelve Step Addiction programs call it Higher Power.
Core ReConnection calls it your Human Spirit

Both call it the Spark of the Divine that lives within all living things.
It’s that Light Within which magically reaches us in our
darkest hours and guides us back to our true Selves,
the Divine Universe, and our humanity.

Allow the Breath of Life, the breath that filled you before
you got lost from your Spirit, to fill you Now.
Turn your intention inward to your belly (right behind your navel)
and look into the darkness until you see the flickering Light.
Just allow the Breath to fill you and your awareness,
to focus on the Light flickering calling you to walk toward it.

One step at a time, one breath at a time,
walk toward the flickering Light of Spirit.
As you walk, notice that you’re leaving the
noise of fear, anxiety, heaviness, and hopelessness
behind.

Notice that you can walk toward the Light. 
Notice the internal noise continues on without you.
Just walk toward the Light and imagine that
the flickering is getting bigger and brighter.
Just allow the Breath to fill you and your imagination
to walk toward the Light; like dawn awakening on
your internal horizon.

Imagine the noise behind you.
Imagine the storm within you behind you.
You are not that storm.
